My Story
My career didn’t begin in instructional design – it started in web design, where I developed a strong foundation in user experience, structure, and communication. From there, I transitioned into education and eventually discovered instructional design, a field that combined the things I cared most about: technology, learning, and real-world impact.
I hadn’t planned on this path, but it became a natural progression. Instructional design offered the perfect blend of creativity, strategy, and purpose at a pivotal point in my career.
Since then, I’ve spent over nine years designing learning solutions that help people perform their jobs more effectively. Much of my work has focused on training for regulatory and public health professionals, including those funded by the FDA. I specialize in transforming complex subject matter into clear, accessible, and actionable learning, whether through digital courses, curriculum design, or job aids.
Collaboration is central to my process. I work closely with subject matter experts to identify what learners need to know and how best to deliver it. I bring a learner-centered mindset to every project, and I care deeply about creating materials that are not only effective but also easy to use in real-world settings.
I created this portfolio to showcase a selection of my work and to connect with others who believe that effective learning design can make a meaningful difference.
